Payment Options & Flexible Financing
Making High-Level Neuroscience Care Accessible for Your Family
Our intensive programs are highly customized, high-frequency, and designed for real neurological change.
We also understand they’re a significant investment.
To support families, we offer several flexible payment options, including Pay-As-You-Go, CareCredit, and HSA/FSA.

Why are you Out of Network?
To deliver the results families come to us for, we cannot limit care to the restrictions set by insurance plans.
Remaining out of network allows us to:
-
Treat the whole child, not a billing code
-
Provide the level of frequency the brain actually needs
-
Allocate full sessions to hands-on work, coaching, and recalibration
-
Customize every program without insurance limitations
-
Use the most effective tools and technologies available
-
Focus on outcomes — not paperwork
This model ensures your child receives what works, not what an insurance policy will approve.
Pay-As-You-Go Plan (For Intensive Programs)
Reserve Now. Pay Weekly. Be Paid in Full by Day 1.
1
Book Your Intensive Date
We schedule your intensive start week.
2
Begin Weekly Payments
From the time you reserve your date, you make automatic weekly payments toward your total program fee.
3
Paid in Full Before the First Day of Service
The full program amount is due by the first date of service. This allows you to break up the cost over several weeks or months without delaying care once your child starts.
This is ideal for families who know they want the intensive, but prefer to budget the investment over time leading up to it.

Spread Payments Out — Even After the Intensive Begins
We proudly accept CareCredit, a healthcare financing option that allows qualified families to:
-
Spread payments over time
-
Access special financing options (including 0% interest short-term plans, per CareCredit terms)
-
Use funds for intensives, home programs, and evaluations
Many families use CareCredit to:
-
Cover the full intensive
-
Combine with Pay-As-You-Go or HSA/FSA
-
Reserve their intensive date sooner
HSA & FSA Payments
If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you may be able to use those funds for:
-
Initial evaluations
-
Neuro-intensive programs
-
Home intensive programs
We provide detailed receipts for your records.

Insurance & Reimbursement (Out-of-Network)
Bright Beginnings Pediatric Therapy is currently an out-of-network provider.
However, we can support you in seeking reimbursement.
We provide:
-
Superbills with all necessary codes and documentation
-
Progress notes, upon request, to support medical necessity
Reimbursement is not guaranteed, but many families are able to recover a portion of their investment depending on their plan.
We recommend calling your insurance company and asking about “out-of-network occupational therapy reimbursement.”
