“I have been taking my 8 year old son to Bright Beginnings since April. So far we have done three full weeks, and we have another week scheduled. At first, I was skeptical that he would be able to complete any of the tasks the therapists were describing that he would be doing, but I was so wrong! All the therapists that have worked with him were all able to get him to participate in the therapies, in such a fun, caring way. My son looks forward to going to his intensives. I am so shocked! Following each week we saw lots of gains in him! So much so that my skeptical husband asked when he was going back after we had just finished a week. That alone was confirmation for me that my son’s brain Health was improving! We have seen lots of different types of gains: eye contact has been much improved, and this goes hand in hand with how present he is. Prior to the intensives, he often seemed far away, or distant. And the more intensives we complete, the more present, or “at the surface” he seems. This was noticed by visiting family, they would comment about how he seems so involved in the group. He is also much more regulated. Prior to the intensives I used to think that he was bouncing around and waving his arms and it looked like electricity was running through his nervous system! He has much more calm energy now, still excited and playful, but much more comfortable looking for him. His mood has also been much higher. More happy and laughing than mad and frustrated. His language has also evolved. In addition to using more words, they are more purposeful and clearer! Again, very noticeable to our family and others. Overall the intensives have made so many leaps for his development, a lot of things that can’t even really be explained. Just overall doing much better! I am a believer in this treatment. I do think it’s helping his brain along its path of development!! I feel

"I can talk about the extremely clean office, or incredibly nice staff, but as a desperate mom looking for answers and help, the only things that mattered to me when reading reviews were the results... Well, we just completed a 5 day intensive and results were seen within 24 hours. That is not an exaggeration. Serena and the team have a way with kids that is amazing. My son has multiple sensory issues and she was able to get him to wear equipment and participate in activities that his own OT at home couldn't get him to do. Serena is SO experienced and is able to switch plans/activities to help meet the child's needs without sacrificing the work that needs to be done. And the equipment that they use is so modern and state-of-the-art.
Your child does not need to have a severe diagnosis, or be a severe case. My son's pediatrician missed so much, and my mom gut told me to keep looking for help/answers. If you are on the fence, do not hesitate, jump in with both feet! I promise, you will not regret it!"

I brought my son for a 5 day intensive program to Bright Beginnings in June 2025. Serena and her therapy staff were amazing! They blew my mind. They were patient and compassionate to my son. They have so many ways to help with multiple disabilities, speech delay, sensory , primitive reflexes and autism. At first I noticed some immediate small changes in my son, in just a few days. Over the past several months, I noticed more significant changes in his behavior, his strength, endurance, sleep, sensory and his cognitive abilities. It's like a light bulb turned on in his brain! It was now working together in synergy with his body. We are so grateful to Serena and her staff! We have scheduled another 3 days of intensives for this month! We can't wait! Definitely worth the trip down to Marlton! You won't be disappointed!

Without a doubt the most effective therapy intervention my son with developmental delay. Can’t believe the improvements!! The team here is so caring and professional. The 1:1 care is amazing and gets a much faster result than traditional therapy. So grateful this treatment is available in South Jersey!!
