Payment & Financing

Payment and Financing Options for Our Programs

Bright Beginnings is an out-of-network, private-pay clinic. That's a deliberate choice: it lets us treat the whole child — not a billing code — and deliver the session frequency each child's plan actually calls for. We work to make support more accessible for families, and this page explains every option.

What Payment Options Are Available?

Families can use any of the following, alone or in combination:

  • Pay-as-you-go weekly payment plans — spread the cost of a program across weekly payments instead of paying all at once.
  • CareCredit financing — a healthcare credit line many families use for therapy programs. Approval and terms are set by CareCredit, not by us.
  • HSA / FSA funds — our services are generally eligible, and we provide detailed receipts for your records.
  • Superbills for insurance reimbursement — after each program we provide documentation you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Does Insurance Cover Therapy at Bright Beginnings?

We don't bill insurance directly. Many families submit our superbills to their insurance plan and recover a portion of their investment through out-of-network benefits — but reimbursement is never guaranteed and varies widely by plan. If out-of-network coverage matters to your decision, we recommend calling your insurer before starting and asking about out-of-network benefits for pediatric therapy services.

Why Are You a Private-Pay Clinic?

Insurance-driven therapy typically dictates which services are covered, how often, and for how long — decisions made by a billing system rather than by your child's needs. Working outside that system lets us build plans around the evaluation, run true intensives at the frequency the plan calls for, and adjust programs as your child responds.

What Does a Program Cost?

Costs depend on your child's individualized plan — an evaluation, a clinic intensive, the Home Intensive Program, and home laser devices are each priced separately (laser device pricing is published on the Shop page). We go through exact numbers at your free consultation, before you commit to anything.

Please note: eligibility, reimbursement, and financing approval may vary. Confirm coverage or eligibility directly with your insurance provider, HSA/FSA administrator, or financing company. We're happy to help you understand the paperwork.
Common questions

Payment FAQs

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — pay-as-you-go weekly payment plans are available, and CareCredit financing is an option for many families (subject to CareCredit approval).
What is a superbill and how do I use it?
A superbill is an itemized receipt with the codes insurers need. You submit it to your insurance plan to request out-of-network reimbursement. We provide superbills for our services; whether and how much your plan reimburses is up to your insurer.
Can I combine options — for example, HSA plus a payment plan?
Often, yes. Many families combine HSA/FSA funds with a payment plan or financing. Tell us your situation at the consultation and we'll walk through what's possible.
