Getting Started
How do we get started with Bright Beginnings?
Book a free 15-minute phone consultation. You'll share your child's story, we'll explain how we work, and together we'll decide whether a comprehensive neuro-evaluation makes sense. Free 15-Minute Consultation.
Which conditions do you work with?
We work with a range of developmental and neurological needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, sensory processing disorder, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, TBI and concussion, genetic disorders, PANS/PANDAS, and stroke recovery. Our programs are not a cure for any condition — recommendations are personalized after an evaluation.
What happens at the first visit?
After your consultation, the first step is usually a comprehensive neuro-evaluation. This helps us understand your child's brain-body profile so we can build a plan tailored to them.
Intensive Therapy
What is a neuro-intensive?
A neuro-intensive is a concentrated block of therapy delivered at a higher frequency than traditional weekly sessions — typically five consecutive days of one-on-one work. The format is designed to help the brain and body build new patterns more efficiently. Explore Intensive Therapy.
How is this different from weekly therapy?
Rather than treating one symptom at a time over many months, our brain-body approach looks for the root cause and works on it intensively. Many families choose this when weekly sessions haven't produced the progress they hoped for.
Laser Therapy
What is low-level laser therapy?
Low-level laser therapy (photobiomodulation) uses gentle, non-heating light designed to support how cells produce energy. It's non-invasive, sessions are short and painless, and it's one of the tools we may include in an individualized plan. Learn About Laser Therapy.
Is there research behind laser therapy?
Yes, including randomized controlled trials, and the evidence base is still developing. We summarize every study we rely on — with its limitations — on our Research page.
Home Intensive Program
How does the Home Intensive Program work?
It's a customized three-month program: five consecutive days of one-on-one sessions to set the foundation, then a personalized home routine with laser training, weekly coaching calls in month one, and biweekly check-ins in months two and three. View the Home Intensive Program.
Do you provide support for home in other programs too?
Yes. Home-program guidance is part of how we work generally, so progress continues between clinic visits — the Home Intensive Program is the most structured version of that support.
Scheduling
How does scheduling work?
Programs run by appointment. After your free consultation, we'll schedule your child's evaluation and reserve intensive dates that work for your family — including travel-friendly scheduling if you're coming from out of the area.
Do you offer a consultation before we commit?
Yes — a free 15-minute phone consultation, with no obligation. You can ask questions and understand how we work before deciding on any next steps. Book yours here.
Travel
How should families prepare for travel?
Book the consultation first, then travel. We're at 769 Route 70 East in Marlton, NJ — about 30 minutes from Philadelphia and 35–45 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport, with hotels nearby. We'll help you plan dates and logistics. Plan Your Visit.
Can parents work remotely during the intensive week?
Yes. We set up a workstation in the clinic so you can work remotely while we work with your child.
Payment and Financing
Do you take insurance?
We're an out-of-network, private-pay clinic, which lets us treat the whole child rather than a billing code. We provide superbills so you can seek reimbursement from your insurer — reimbursement isn't guaranteed, but many families recover a portion of their investment. Review Payment Options.
What payment options are available?
Pay-as-you-go weekly payment plans, CareCredit financing, and HSA/FSA funds with detailed receipts. Eligibility and financing approval vary — confirm details with your provider or administrator.
