Home Intensive Program

Personalized Home Intensive Therapy Program for Children

Supporting your child at home should not mean doing it alone. The Bright Beginnings Home Intensive Program is a customized three-month program designed to give families personalized routines, laser training, professional guidance, and ongoing coaching from our team.

Each child's program is individualized according to their needs, responses, and progress.

The three months

How Does the Program Progress?

1

Month 1: Weekly Coaching

Weekly coaching calls help families refine exercises, adjust laser protocols when appropriate, troubleshoot challenges, build consistent home routines, and track progress closely.

2

Months 2–3: Continued Progression

Biweekly check-ins let our team add new layers to the program, modify routines as needed, continue progressing individualized protocols, support your child's continued neurological development, answer questions, and help you stay consistent.

3

Ongoing Adjustment

Recommendations are updated according to your child's responses and progress throughout — the program you finish is rarely identical to the one you started.

Progress is supported through consistency, guidance, and ongoing adjustments. Individual results vary from child to child.

Common questions

Home Intensive Program FAQs

How long is the Home Intensive Program?
Three months. It begins with five consecutive days of one-on-one sessions, followed by weekly coaching calls in month one and biweekly check-ins in months two and three.
Does my child need to travel to New Jersey?
Yes — the first five days are one-on-one sessions at our clinic in Marlton, NJ. Many families travel in for that week; see Travel to Us for how we help you plan. After that, the program continues at home with remote coaching.
What happens during the first five days?
We establish your child's personalized foundation — targeting the brain areas identified in their plan, working on reflex, sensory, and vestibular foundations — and we train you to carry out the home routine confidently, so your child begins the program feeling regulated and supported.
Are laser protocols personalized?
Yes. Laser protocols are individualized to your child and may be adjusted throughout the program based on their responses. No two children automatically receive the same protocol. Learn more about how we use laser therapy.
How often are coaching calls provided?
Weekly during the first month, then biweekly during months two and three. Daily support and guidance are also available as you build the routine.
What happens if my child's needs change during the program?
The program adjusts. Recommendations are updated according to your child's responses and progress — routines are modified, new layers are added, and protocols are progressed at check-ins.
Is equipment included?
Home laser devices are purchased separately, and every device we sell includes its own program, training, and support — see Shop Lasers for details and pricing. We'll recommend the right setup for your child during your consultation, and we never sell equipment without guidance.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Our services are generally HSA/FSA eligible, and we provide detailed receipts. Eligibility can vary by plan, so please confirm with your HSA/FSA administrator.
Does insurance cover the program?
We're an out-of-network, private-pay clinic. We provide superbills you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement — reimbursement isn't guaranteed and varies by plan, so confirm directly with your insurance provider. See Payment & Financing.
How do I know whether the program is appropriate for my child?
Start with a free 15-minute consultation. We'll listen to your child's story, explain how the program works, and tell you honestly whether it's a fit. A consultation and evaluation are required before any child begins.
